As well as our internet site we also run an old fashioned bricks and mortar shop, so from time to time we may sell out of things that are still showing as in stock on the website. We try to avoid this as much as humanly possible. In the event of a product being out of stock we will offer you the option of a full and immediate refund.

We try and keep our website as accurate as we can, but occassionally our highly trained computer monkey might mistype a product description, enter a price incorrectly, or input the weight of a product incorrectly for shipping purposes. We reserve the right to cancel an order in these instances and will offer an instant refund if required

We reserve the right, from time to time when necessary, to substitute a product for one of a similar value and style. Occasionally styles and colours may vary slightly. We will refund for goods lost after dispatch at our discretion, we do however, take all possible care to ensure goods arrive in good condition in good time.

All orders will be despatched as fast as we can. Next Day services are only available for orders placed before 4:00 pm, and only then on a 'best effort' basis. Sometimes despatchinf your items may take a little longer, due to, for example, postal strikes. We will always endeavour to get goods out as soon as possible, but in times of difficulty you patience is appreciated.
