Spaceman.co.uk offers a variety of shipping methods, allowing you to choose whether you want to pay extra to get your order delivered Next Day, or wait a little longer and save yourself some money! Shipping costs are calculated based on the precise total weight of your order and are displayed during the checkout process.

Very ocassionally need to contact you about very large or international orders, where the shipping costs shown during the checkout process are not representative of the true cost. Rest assured we will not ship anything until you are 100% happy!

Distance Selling Regulations

In the unlikely event that you, our much loved customer, are in some way unhappy with; or have change your mind about the choice you have made when buying from our web shop, we would like to remind you that ...

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item(s) within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item(s) is delivered. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations or returns of any item(s) that have been unsealed or used in any way. We will accept returns of complete products, which are in an "unused" and in an "as new" condition, with all original packaging.

To cancel any order and return it to us, please pack the item(s) securely, send it to us using a recorded delivery/signed for method, making sure that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item(s) was delivered to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) back to us. In the event that you return item(s) that you ordered in error; you would also be responsible for the costs incurred by us for delivering the item(s) to you, once the item(s) are received by us in the conditions stated above; we will refund the relevant part of the purcase back to you.
